Where to stay?

As this is a destination engagement, we kindly ask all guests traveling by plane to book their flights to Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport. The only airline offering direct flights to Izmir is SunExpress.

If you prefer not to stay at one of the three recommended hotels, we suggest looking for accommodation in the Konak, Alsancak, or Bayraklı areas.

We kindly ask our guests to plan their travel time when coming to the venue, as traffic during rush hour can be quite heavy, even if the distance isn’t far.

The Uber app works in Turkey, but please note that when you order an Uber, a regular yellow taxi will usually show up, so no worries! Of course, you can also ask your hotel to arrange a taxi for you.

Dear Guests,
